Return/Exchange Policy
As a pre-condition, Keter Avinu maintains the customer should visit one of our showrooms for sizing before purchasing (as we strive to fit the right product per customer through our showroom experience), or to view the sizing chart of the product. Unless otherwise specified, purchases from the Keter Avinu online store can be returned within 2 hours for a full refund, and are not returnable or available for exchange afterwards.
